Wine growing has been a firm tradition in the surroundings of Oszkó for four centuries. From the 1700s are on the wine hills the tradional harrow-, braided-, beaten wall press-houses with thatched roof. The Hill Shepherd Group (Hegyipásztor Kör) would like to present the old traditons of wine growing and save them for the 21st Century. The showcellar (Gombás- pince) and it´s wine-tasting room, the rustical but still very cosy and comfortable accomodations bring back the old traditional wine growing, and show the very rich viticultural memories of the region.
